Rules for Four-Part Discount

• A Candidate must register and schedule all four parts of the course upon initial registration and complete all four parts of the course within a 12-month period.
• Students may change to a different format within 10 days of receipt of CD-Rom materials. After that date, no changes can be made. The new start date cannot exceed the 12-month period, which begins from the date of purchase. An administrative fee will be charged.
• A candidate enrolled in all four parts, starting one or more of the parts past the 12-month period, will be required to re-enroll as a former candidate and, as such, charged 50% tuition plus applicable fees for those parts.

Refund Policy

A full tuition refund (less any applicable discounts and fees) will be issued if the textbooks and software (including Course CD) are returned unopened in original condition within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days no refund will be issued. Students must also submit a letter with the returned materials explaining why the course is being returned. After the 10 days, no refund will be issued. The cost to return the materials will be the responsibility of the student. It is in the best interest of the student to ship materials by certified mail or an alternative trackable method.
